The GTM Co-Founder is a free, MIT-licensed set of 20 agent skills for developer tool and AI product go-to-market. It installs into your own coding agent, including Claude Code, Cursor and other agents that support skills or plugins. It is not a hosted service. There is no account to create, no API key to request and no separate application to move your work into.
The skills give your agent a go-to-market process grounded in your real business. They cover the founder brief, market research, roadmap, positioning, first users, launch, pricing, sales, content and measurement. You work inside the agent you already use to code, rather than handing your product context to a separate service.
It is for whoever owns early go-to-market for a developer tool or AI product: technical founders, first GTM hires, founding account executives and fractional GTM operators. The common starting point is a technical product that needs a clear audience, a credible story and a practical plan for reaching its first users and buyers.
The skills distinguish the developer who uses the product from the buyer who pays for it. You can work on positioning, developer adoption, the user and buyer gap, or the first sales conversations as the roadmap calls for them.
Start with start-here. It asks five questions and sets up your founder brief, grounded by a scan of your repository. Then research-the-market researches your market with linked sources, finding where your users already are and how products like yours launched before the plan is written.
Next, strategy-and-roadmap turns that context into an honest diagnosis and a prioritized roadmap. The remaining skills help you work the plan rather than treating every go-to-market task as equally urgent. review-the-work stress-tests the work as a skeptic before it reaches you. It is a review gate that runs throughout, not just a final step after the roadmap.
The skills are free and MIT licensed, with no usage limit. Hands-on GTM help is separate and priced per engagement. Read the pricing page for that distinction, or follow the quickstart to install the skills and run start-here in your coding agent.
