Install GTM Co-Founder
GTM Co-Founder installs into your coding agent in one command. It is not a hosted service, so there is nothing to sign up for.
Prerequisites
An AI coding agent that supports skills or plugins, such as Claude Code or Cursor. Node.js is required for the npx install.
Install
Choose one install option.
Any agent that supports skills
npx skills add AIDevGTM/gtm-cofounder
Claude Code plugin
Run these commands in Claude Code:
/plugin marketplace add AIDevGTM/gtm-cofounder
/plugin install gtm-cofounder@gtm-cofounder
Clone the repository
git clone https://github.com/AIDevGTM/gtm-cofounder.git
First run
Open your project in your agent and run the start-here skill:
/start-here
It scans the repo, asks five questions and writes docs/gtm-cofounder/founder-brief.md.
What happens next
Run research-the-market to research your market with linked sources, then strategy-and-roadmap to write your prioritized GTM roadmap:

The roadmap is written to docs/gtm-cofounder/gtm-roadmap.md. Run review-the-work as an adversarial review pass:
