The GTM Co-Founder
GTM Co-Founder is a free, MIT-licensed set of 20 Agent Skills for whoever owns go-to-market for a developer tool or an AI product.
It is not a hosted service. There is no account, no API key, no API, no SDK and no usage limit. The skills install into your own coding agent, such as Claude Code, Cursor or another agent that supports skills or plugins.
Your GTM co-founder for developer tools and AI products.
The operator's playbook for taking a technical product to market, whether you're the founder, the first GTM hire, or the founding AE.
Your agent is too nice. Just like the team around you. This is the GTM co-founder that says what they won't.
For whoever owns the go-to-market: technical founders, founders with GTM experience, early or first GTM hires, founding account executives, and fractional GTM operators. Building a developer tool or an AI product.
Open-source go-to-market skills. Answer five questions, research the market with linked sources, get a prioritized GTM roadmap, then work the plan. Not marketing tactics or SEO. The strategy half: who it's for, why they pay, first users.
Free. MIT. Runs inside the agent you already code in.

Runs throughout (a gate)
review-the-work Stress-test any deliverable as a skeptic before it reaches you (a gate, runs throughout).

founder-led-content Do marketing that does not feel gross.
know-if-its-working Cut the vanity metrics and measure what matters.
market-scan Refresh your positioning when the market shifts.
First run
Open your project in your coding agent and run start-here. It scans the repo, asks five questions and writes docs/gtm-cofounder/founder-brief.md.
Run research-the-market to research the market with linked sources, then strategy-and-roadmap to write docs/gtm-cofounder/gtm-roadmap.md. Run review-the-work as an adversarial review pass.
Pricing
All 20 agent skills are free and MIT licensed. Hands-on GTM help from Shane O'Connor is available separately, priced per engagement, through Book a meeting.
